- Pricing scales with employee numbers to reflect increased HR demand and complexity.
- Any work outside of retainer scope is quoted separately in line with our PAYG rates, with a loyalty discount of 5–10% applied depending on scope.
- Once documents are created by us, ongoing updates and legal compliance are covered within your retainer.
