Our Story
Argan HR was founded by Sue Butterworth, who spent over 20 years supporting SMEs with their HR and employment law needs. When Sue decided to step back from running the business day-to-day, Argan became part of 7Central Ltd, led by Ric George. Sue still works with us as a specialist consultant, and her experience and client relationships remain a core part of what makes Argan work.
Today, Argan HR is focused on one thing: giving small business owners the confidence that their people management is handled properly, so they can focus on running their business.
